Verified ownerSUPPLIER COULDN'T SUPPLY FLOWERS FOR ARRANGEMENT CHOSEN AND PAID FOR. A SUBSTITUTE ARRANGEMENT WAS PROVIDED WHICH I DON'T THINK WAS UP TO STANDARD OF THOSE ORIGINALLY CHOSEN. WOULD HAVE LIKED THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE SUBSTITUTE OR RECEIVE A REFUND.
